In this (summary) study, based on interviews with citizens, we answer the following question: To what extent do the conceptions of the individual found in 'Lifelong Learning' policy align with the views citizens hold regarding themselves and other citizens in the context of Lifelong Learning? To this end, we analyzed the interviews to determine what citizens believe people should, want to, are able to, and are permitted to do when it comes to Lifelong Learning.
