In this summary In Search of Connection: Perspectives on Combining Paid Work and Informal Care, the authors offer insight into the diversity of working informal caregivers in the Netherlands. They also examine the difficulties these caregivers face in combining care with paid work, and the support they need. To this end, the authors outline courses of action at three levels: employees and their social network, employers and healthcare professionals, and national government.
